Michelle was a registered Radiation Therapist since 1999 before resigning in 2012 and has been the Director of HR & Operations of OTFC since January 2005. She has managed to work both jobs plus raise (with Dino’s help) their 2 children. Her professional experience has involved working with people of all ages who require radiation treatment for their cancer diagnosis as well as setting up the business side of OTFC whilst studying for her MBA. In 1999 Michelle followed Dino as he travelled the country and the world playing soccer. After the birth of Isabella they moved back to Adelaide to settle down and raise their family and it is here the OTFC journey began and a decision that altered her professional path. Having completed her MBA from the University of SA in 2014 she has focused her interests and motivation developing the OTFC brand, as well as being a mother to her amazing but growing children and wife to Dino, (Co-director of OTFC). Michelle’s areas of interests are varied but in relation to OTFC, she wants to see as many families being able to access the amazing service they provide and continue trying to increase the positive outcomes for all children.
