Joanne has been a part of the OTFC team since 2009. She is the practice manager and ensures the day to day operational needs of the practice are being met. She attends to the needs of the families by coordinating the inputting and the delivery of the Initial Assessment Report, preparing the Invoices, and keeping the OTFC ship sailing.

She manages the OTFC payroll, private and government funded health fund reconciliations as well as supporting both of the Directors with their administration needs.

Her in-depth knowledge of the OTFC processes ensures the families can look to her for guidance, information and coordination of their needs.

She is married to Frank and has 3 Beautiful Children and Hugo (dog)
